Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

Each completed order will be confirmed by email with an order confirmation.

Can I cancel an order?

This is only possible by sending an email to info@babymapi.nl before 5pm on the same day of ordering, stating your name, order number and order date. It is possible that your order has already been processed, in which case you can only cancel the order by returning the package.

How can I pay?

Baby Mapi offers you the following payment options in the webshop:

  • Pay with iDeal
  • Pay with Bancontact
  • Pay with Credit Card (American Express, MasterCard, Maestro and VISA)
  • Pay with Klarna
  • Pay with Sofort Banking

How can I pay via iDeal?

Pay directly online via your own bank. That is paying in your own trusted internet payment environment. Easy and according to the security requirements of your bank. This payment service is available for customers of ABN AMRO Bank, Rabobank, SNS Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, ASN Bank, Triodos Bank and Van Lanschot Bank.

How can I pay with a credit card?

You can pay for your order in the webshop with the following Dutch credit cards: VISA, American Express and MasterCard. When you choose this payment method, you fill in the credit card number, the exact name on the card, the expiration date and the 3-digit CVC code (last three digits on the back of your card) on the payment page.

To protect your data, it is sent fully encrypted via SSL servers and is therefore protected from third-party access. At the time of ordering, your credit card payment is authorized. The cardholder may be contacted to prevent fraud.

The amount will only be debited after the order has been delivered. If it is not possible to deliver the entire order, only the amount will be debited for the part of the order that has actually been delivered.

How can I pay via Klarna?

Baby Mapi offers the possibility to pay with Klarna. Klarna carries out the complete post-payment process. This means that you will receive a digital payment slip from Klarna by email to pay for the purchased product.

You can pay at Baby Mapi via Klarna with a digital payment slip up to an amount of € 300. Klarna will perform a data check to approve your request to pay with a payment slip. Klarna has a strict privacy policy as described in its privacy statement. If your request to pay with a payment slip is not authorized, you can of course pay for the product you wish to purchase with another payment method.

Please note: even with the Klarna payment method, you should receive two emails from us.

In the first email you will receive a confirmation of your order and in the second email a confirmation that your payment has been approved by Klarna. Did you not receive this second email? Then your order probably did not go through and is therefore not being processed.

How can I pay with Sofort Banking?

Baby Mapi offers the possibility to pay with Sofort Banking. Sofort Banking is actually an online transfer where you use your internet banking details.

On the secure payment page of Sofort GmbH, log in with your trusted login details for online banking. Then select the bank account with which you want to pay. Then fill in the confirmation code and click on next. You will now see a confirmation of your order in our webshop.

Is shopping at Baby Mapi safe?

Shopping at Baby Mapi is very safe. To protect your data, it is sent fully encrypted via SSL servers and is therefore protected from third-party access. This means that your personal information is encrypted and cannot be viewed by others.

We comply with all privacy legislation rules and all other legal requirements. Furthermore, we never give your personal information to third parties without your permission.

How do I contact Baby Mapi?

If you have any questions about your order, you can email info@babymapi.nl . We will process your question as soon as possible, but no later than within 3 working days.

What is Baby Mapi's service and warranty policy?

If the product has a defect that was not visible at the time of purchase, you must report this to us within a reasonable period after discovering the defect. If, in the opinion of Baby Mapi, the product does indeed have defects (which are not due to normal wear and tear, incorrect use and/or failure to perform maintenance), Baby Mapi will repair or replace the product within a reasonable period to be indicated by Baby Mapi. During this repair, you are not entitled to a replacement product or any form of compensation. If, in the opinion of Baby Mapi, repair is not possible, or this cannot be expected of Baby Mapi given the costs of this repair, Baby Mapi will offer a comparable replacement product. If this is not possible, we will refund the purchase price.

If the instructions given by Baby Mapi are not followed, or if you have used the product incorrectly or have not maintained the product, you are not entitled to any form of repair, replacement or compensation. The possibility of invoking any form of guarantee also lapses if the product has been modified.

Damage to the following watch parts: the glass, the strap, the crown/pin and the battery are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. However, the manufacturer's warranty does not affect the legal warranty to which the consumer is entitled. Legal warranty means that a product must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it.
